Yoga for Runners – Some Key Poses

pigeonRunners usually struggle with tight hips. Tight hips can cause a host of problems from aching lower backs, to sore hamstrings and even plantar fasciitis. I have created a series of postures that can help to unwind those tight hips. The standing series can be done right after a run most anywhere. The seated series can be done right after the standing series, if you have a place to sit right after a run, or you can do the seated series alone right before bed.
