The type of yoga we teach at Metro Power Yoga is based on Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga, which blends asana (the physical poses) and meditation with inquiry, which results in a powerful enlightening and energizing practice. Most of our classes are taught in a heated room (85-90 degrees) which helps to loosen the muscles and clarify the mind.
