Wondering which class suits you best?
Power 60 is a 60-minute powerful, intentional flowing class done in a room heated to about 90 degrees. Vigorous and challenging, you will leave class feeling accomplished, rejuvenated and recharged. This all-levels class emphasizes balance, strength and flexibility.
Our Power 90 is for anyone who wants a bit more time to focus and grow their practice. It’s not just for yogis who have been practicing a while. We’ll introduce new ways of thinking about your form and throw in some new shapes here and there. The extended time allows for more time to explore, play and try new poses and new variations. We allow ample opportunity to workshop and learn from one another. All classes are in the tradition of Baptiste Power Vinyasa .
If you feel like you need a break or want to get back to basics, take FUNdamentals (great for beginners and moderately (75-80) heated) or take FOUNDATIONS of FLOW, which breaks down the Baptiste Power Vinyasa Flow.
If you want to flow and get some deep hip stretching in, come to our 60-minute Yoga for Athletes. Stretch, strengthen, empower and renew in this relaxed pace flowing vinyasa class. We will dedicate ample time to stretch hips and hamstrings. This is a great class for athletes and suited for anyone. This class is taught in a mildly heated (75-80) room and is suitable for all levels.
We also offer Empower, Yin and Restorative classes. Empower is gentle on the joints with no vinyasa. It’s great for building strength and balance along with flexibility. Yin works the deep tissues of the body – tendons, ligaments and fascia – a great complement to a vigorous practice. Restorative uses ample props and allows the body, mind and spirit to rest in a deeply relaxed state.
