Inversions turn your world and your practice upside down!
If you’ve been afraid to go upside down due to lack of understanding, strength or balance, realize that fear is a real emotion. But that doesn’t mean you can’t face it and work through it.
In this workshop, you will learn the importance of developing strength, engaging core muscles and integrating the shoulders to invert with confidence.
We will explore headstands with variations and try forearm balance as well as handstands.
If you have a regular yoga practice (2-3 x/week) and want to dig deeper into inversions, this is a great start to begin your upside down journey.
