Yoga is my teacher and best friend. When I am feeling down, yoga picks me up and inspires me. With yoga, I am guided from feelings of anxiety/depression to living a passionate life that I created. As a yoga teacher, I create the possibility of empowerment, connection, and creativity for other people.
In addition to yoga practice, I also meditate and use breath work practices to help me feel peaceful, connected, and empowered. I am grateful to be able to share the transformation of yoga and other healing arts practices with others.
I received my 200-hour Vinyasa RYT certification in early 2017 and I am so excited to be able to share all the benefits that yoga has to offer others. I intend to help other people feel enlivened and playful through the practice of yoga because life is supposed to be fun!
