Katrina started practicing yoga in 2012 to balance out her workouts and stressful 9-5 job. She immediately became hooked and was especially drawn to the practice of Baptiste yoga. Little did she know that yoga would also help her overcome some significant personal struggles as well. With time her practice deepened and became less about a physical work and more of a way of life. Katrina’s classes promote empowerment through positivity and feeling good about where you are, who you are and what you look like right now. She wants to leave behind fad fitness and diets and create a lifestyle that encourages wellness. Her classes are Baptiste vinyasa based and easily accessible to all levels.
